Intercom didn't work

Very comfortable and clean apartment- great location, a short walk/bus ride from the city centre. Very quiet building and pick-up of keys was very smooth. Fairly cheap as well, especially during the Fringe. Lovely information about local amenities and tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

Excellent place for a family. Lovely location and beautiful apartment.

Note to landlord: Flexible seal at base of glass shower screen not fully closing gap so some water comes off edge of bath on to bathroom floor - suggest fix this. Also suggest kitchen cold tap pressure too high and hot a bit too low. Kitchen stuff good but better quality frying pan ? Otherwise great

Large appartement, well equipped. Suitable for 4 persons.

A bit outdated, need some repairs. Could be cleaner. Next to construction site, seems almost finished. Bit noisy in the morning with trucks delivering materials. Overpriced.

Apartment clean and tidy. Very comfortable

No elevator. Carrying luggage to upper floor cumbersome.

Had a plumbing issue downstairs which meant our water had to be turned off for the night/morning. Bit of an inconvenience as we couldn't shower nor flush the toilet.

The location was great regarding access to supermarkets and outside greenery; both a Tescos and Lidls in close proximity and the botanical gardens.
