Even though the place is new it is not very well taken care of as the toilet wasn’t clean, the corners were full of cobwebs and the coffee machine wasn’t working. It wasn’t clear at the beginning that the living room and kitchen are shared with other three rooms. Therefore the kitchen could not be used according to the landlord.

Breakfast was a little limited for we foreigners. More fruit would have been nice and better coffee.
CRPerfect place in your way in or out of Rome. Better to stay outside in a place like this. Host where supper nice, you’ll feel at home in this beautiful hazelnut farm. The place is new, but it doesn’t miss any of the Italian charm that you are looking for. We rest here like we haven’t in a while.

The rooms are very close to each other and it didn’t feel like we had privacy . We could hear everything that was happening outside of our room .

AUit was peaceful. the room was all new and clean. complete with everything. the owner was kind enough to help us move around on our 2nd day as our car broke down.
