Tout le personnel extraordinaire et très à écoute. Une responsable merveilleuse et d une grande gentillesse, qui fait tout pour satisfaire ses clients ( linge, changement de chambre)…Une literie super confortable et l hôtel est à proximité de tout. Un séjour super agréable et le top du top c est qu il vous accompagne dans l organisation de votre séjour, et grâce à eux nous avons visiter Dakhla comme jamais. La verdad es el mejor hotel que he estado en Marruecos limpio bien decorado habitaciones muy amplias, las camas son muy cómodas, además tienen un bufet muy variado y comida abundante y sobre todo todo el personal del hotel camareros simpáticos con muy buen servicio sin olvidarme de SIHAM la chica de la recepción un encanto de mujer te resuelve todas las dudas y te echa una mano con buena sonrisa, lo mismo TARIQ el chico de la recepción también un gran profesional surgió un pequeño problema y lo ha resuelto rápido y siempre con la sonrisa en la cara es un chaval majisimo. espero volver pronto a dajla y sin duda volveré al mismo hotel. Gracias a todo el personal.

La taille de la chambre, la taille des placards et des rangements. Le personnel très abordable et gentil. Le petit déjeuner buffet dans le café qui se situe juste en bas de l'hôtel

Pas de chaîne de télévision uniquement YouTube. Le wifi qui laissait à désirer. Trop de perte de connexion. Le tapis du hall d'entrée qui empêche les valises de rouler correctement

We had a wonderful stay in Dakhla! The hotel has a warm, family-like atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. The staff are incredibly attentive and always check if you need anything. They also arranged a fantastic one-day 4×4 excursion with a local, very knowledgeable driver, taking us to beautiful desert sites such as the White Dune, Imlil, and Porto Rico beach at a very reasonable price. Truly a memorable experience—we can’t wait to come back!
