Charming Funchal Studio II

The location was perfect to get around Funchal. It was also close to all supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The beach isnt far away either and it only took about 5 minutes to walk to the bus terminal to get around. The Apartment itself was bigger than i expected, really spacious and had everything you needed to cook and also had a washing machine if you needed it. The bed was really comfy and the neighbouring properties were really quiet. The only noises we heard were the pigeons outside the windows and the Church bells in the morning. I would highly recommend staying here!

The only "fault" I have is that it could have done with some A/C, they did supply a fan and we left the windows open to keep air circulating but due to the temperature being 30degrees outside, the fan did struggle to keep the room cool but that is the only thing I could criticise.

Location is superb, appartment itself is good especially for one person

It was cold so I had to use all extra duvets every day. Oven didn't work for me. I tried to use manual and in 4 days I didn't figure it out..on the second day I wrote owner who kindly replied that is outside the city and back in two days. I used microwave but it's very limited usage. Finally, two times owner asked me to leave a city tax money in cash upon check out although it was included and mentioned in the price info section.
