- gute Lage, Altstadt von Umag ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen - freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter - gute Ausstattung der Wohnung und neue Möblierung - auf Nachfrage nagelneue Kaffemaschine erhalten

- Gebäude und Grundstück sind nicht so einladend und passen damit nicht zur neuen Wohnung - Wohnungseingangstüre noch alt und dadurch sehr hellhörig - Balkon leider nur über das Schlafzimmer zugänglich, dadurch war Essen auf dem Balkon schwer möglich
