Whenever we are in Thesaloniki we always stay in Harmony Sea View apartment-best apartment ever

There is nothing to not like

The host was remarkable and assisting us for the entry in the room and the parking even though we arrived very late (1:30am). The room was also extremely clean and nice.

Great, spacious and modern location, close to center and bus stop. Very close near by coffee shops, supermarket, restaurants. Very responsive and helpful host. Parking included which is great for Thessaloniki where parking ia always a challenge.

+ The place was close to everything - The balcony door was broken and very dangerous - The host effectively refused to fix the door by simply postponing. We ended up calling Booking support. Thanks for helping us, Booking support! - The keys box needs fixing - The apartment safe box was not working - It was very dirty in the kitchen - tea-begs in the water kettle, old coffee in the coffee maker. Disgusting! - The WiFi was strong but interrupts here and there every 30-90 minutes - The door handles was broken in one of the bedroom. I had to safe my wife - There was no air-conditioner in one of the bedrooms (not a problems for us thought) - The parking was easy to reach but definitely not 5 minutes away to get back, because of the one-direction streets. This place was probably great once but I can't recommend it before a major repair work. The stuff needs to change their attitude. Fixing a broken balcony door over 24 hours after check-in is not acceptable. Especially not on this price levels!
