The Museum Living Budapest

I booked this apartment for my mom and two of her friends for a surprise trip. They loved it!! Great location, spacious and nicely decorated. I had some contact with the manager, Efraim, beforehand with a special request and he was very helpful. Much appreciated!

We arrive early from a sleeper train and the apartment was available when we arrived which was a great help. The apartment is great, big, fully stocked and location is near the subway, bus stop and tram stop.

Very convenient area, near a children's playground. Almost everything is within walking distance. The owner is in touch via WhatsApp and answered quickly if I had any questions. The apartment is clean and tidy. Plates, glasses, cups and other utensils, even in excess.

We arrived in the dark and had to use a flashlight to illuminate the safe with the key to the apartment. It would be nice to have a washing machine.

Central location, nicely renovated apartment.

Property was very well furnished and the host had put a lot of thought into providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I thought the lighting was very good, with use of lamps etc. giving a nice mood. The bathroom was excellent as was the kitchen and appliances. The air conditioning was easy to use and most welcome as the weather was very warm. The apartment itself felt secure.

It was a little difficult to understand the numbering of the apartment block and to find the exact location of the apartment inside the courtyard and we walked around quite a while as we had not noticed the key box behind the metal gate. Everywhere in the courtyard appeared peaceful, but UNFORTUNATELY the apartment joining ours disturbed our enjoyment. They appeared to sleep all day and came awake sometime during the evening. (Students)? We stayed for 4 nights and on 3 of those nights the occupants where engaged in loud arguing, shouting at each other and turning music off and on!!! This carried on until between 2 and 3am. We could not get a good nights sleep in the downstairs bedroom which left us very tired. We actually had a very early return flight and these people were still at it when our taxi arrived at 4am on Monday morning. Needless to say we felt very sleep deprived and would not like to stay in the property again. It was a shame!
