Armonia Bali Legian Villas

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how disappointing our experience at Villa Armonia Legian was. Two weeks before our stay, the property had been flooded something we were never informed about prior to arrival. We only found out when we got there, and by then it was too late to make alternative plans. Walking into the villa was shocking. It was extremely unpleasant, I know things happen but it’s extremely disappointing when it just needs to be maintained properly. To their credit, the staff did attempt to upgrade us to a two-bedroom villa for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, that “upgrade” was no better. The couches were covered in marks, there were visible stains all over the walls, and the floors were so dirty it felt unhygienic just being inside. It honestly felt like nothing had been properly cleaned or restored after the flooding. We ended up leaving because staying there simply wasn’t an option. What makes this even worse is that we were not given any refund. We’ve now been trying to resolve this for over a month and a half, and they continue to refuse to take responsibility or return our money. For a villa that claims to have such a high rating, this was beyond disappointing. We’re not just upset about the experience, we’ve also lost $1000 and had to fork out for another accomodation so weve been left out of pocket. I’ve asked politely if we could have even 50% back and they still won’t budge, it was a non refundable booking yes we agreed to the t&c's but no one expects to walk into a 9 star rated villa and it be a 2 star if that and not take any accountability.

My sheets had stains all over them there was some animal in the roof of my room kept me awake every night the lounge was absolutely filthy looked like it had mould all over it

The villa was beautiful and staff were amazing
