Cambria Hotel Pigeon Forge

The facility was in a nice location very clean. Very nice staff and the staff were accommodating.

The beds were hard. I ended my stay a day before I was supposed to because my back was hurting so bad due to the bad springs in the mattress. If you all traded out for more comfortable beds this hotel would be top tier.

The breakfast was good, had a good flavor and was hot or cold appropriately so. I really liked the coffee, and the hospitality staff was great and professional as well. My favorite thing about the property was there was no carpet in the room. That is a game changer as far as I am concerned and will compare everything to that from now on. I also liked and was not expecting the bed to be made and to get replacement towels, as other brands of hotels are not giving that service anymore every day of a stay.

Well, on Saturday morning I had breakfast, it was good. The grits, however, were undercooked and crunchy but had a great flavor. Other than that, no real complaints.

Breaker tripped making it where we couldn't shut the blinds i let them know wasn't offered another room or nothing so half the lights the TV the blinds didn't work had to sleep with the blinds open

Great location to the leconte center.

Entrance was slightly difficult to get into with a heavy duty truck and the pillows were a little stiff.

Newer hotel and it was great for the price. Nice location, out of all parkway action but not too far. Nice bar. We did not eat breakfast but it was a nice breakfast, not included though.
