My experience at The Rama Ridge Residency was far from satisfactory. Despite its convenient location, the hotel lacked basic standards of cleanliness and service. The rooms were poorly maintained, with dirty linens, dusty surfaces, and a foul smell. The bathrooms were unhygienic, with broken fixtures and no reliable hot water. The staff was unresponsive and seemed untrained, often taking too long to address even simple requests. The food quality was below par, with limited options and stale items served during meals. Additionally, the hotel was noisy, making it hard to relax. For the price charged, I expected much better. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
