Szépen és igényesen kialakított kis kellemes villa. Nagyszerűen kertrésze van, ahol a gyerekeknek kis játszótér is ki lett alakítva. Közel az autópálya és a belváros is gyalogosan 15 perc sétára található. Reggeli bőséges és finom, több opció áll rendelkezésre. A azemélyzet nagyon kedves.

Nincsen "ne zavarjanak"vagy "takarítást nem kérünk" kilincsre akasztható tábla, pedig praktikus lenne. A vacsorát illetően csak egyféle főétel van, nincsen választási lehetőség. Glutén vagy laktózmentes, cukormentes étrendbe nehézkesen illeszthető be.
