Los jardines. El personal muy atento y amable.

La habitación era pequeña para 3 personas. Solo tenía un enchufe en la habitación. Al ducharse el baño quedaba todo mojado ya que la cortina era corta. Una habitación muy básica. La encontré cara para lo que ofrecía. Al ducharse se mojaba el baño ya que la cortina quedaba corta. Cómo queda frente al mercado, los alrededores sucios.

The breakfast was enough, considering the location where is at, there are a lot of other options like the market itself, but the commodity of the hotel allows you to have the breakfast at your own rythm and is a safe environment to have it. The room was comfy, even that I was assigned to the 3rd floor, this is not a problem if you travel with old people or disable people as they have a lot of rooms in the ground floor (their first floor) The location is just perfect, access to everything, lyterally everything from the hotel. The fact they did sandwiches no cost for me with external ingredients was a nice and kind touch to complement my visists around.

They where a bit understaffed and you notice this as the quality of the attention becomes a bit slow, but this is something that I think they can handle properly, maybe was just because these days, but besides this, nothing else, they seems to be compromised with their stablishment which is something super nice to watch. Oh, yeah there is something that I considered poor, the snacks for the early morning travels are really sad, the sandwich is poor and the options are really limited, I think they should work in a system of no value on these snacks or something more customized that may have certain price.

Médiocre Les installations sont correctes, même s’il manque certains équipements dans la salle de bain, ne serait-ce qu’un support pour poser les brosses à dents. En dehors des serviettes, rien n’est vraiment mis à disposition pour se laver, ce qui est assez limité pour ce type d’établissement. Le service, en revanche, a été très décevant. À notre arrivée à la réception, nous avons payé notre séjour et attendons encore la monnaie qui devait nous être rendue. Nous avions réservé une nuit avec petit-déjeuner inclus. L’hôtel étant situé juste à côté de la gare, nous pensions pouvoir déjeuner tranquillement avant de partir. Quelle surprise d’apprendre que le petit-déjeuner est servi uniquement à partir de 6h. Cette information devrait clairement être précisée sur leur site. Ayant un train à 6h45, nous nous sommes présentés à 6h et avons vu le personnel arriver en même temps que nous. Résultat : nous avons dû partir sans pouvoir déjeuner, alors que le petit-déjeuner est facturé 45 $ par personne. C’est vraiment dommage pour un bel établissement d’avoir un service aussi médiocre

La ubicacion estuvo bien, lamentablemente afuera del monasterio se reunen las personas a tomar alcohol y no lo hace atractivo para quedarse, mas aun si vas con niños. El desayuno muy rico, todo muy bien servido y el personal muy servicial y amable, todo excelente en ese aspecto, la habitacion estuvo bien, amplia y comoda.

Llegamos a la hora de nuestro check in, pero lamentablemente la habitacion no estaba lista. Queriamos descansar y tuvimos que esperar, menos mal no fue mucho tiempo. En la habitacion que nos toco no llegaba el Wifi

El hotel es un encanto es ubicado dentro del monasterio. Como tal las habitaciones con un poco frias y el AC no da calentado toda la estancia. La ubicacion es perfecta para conocer la zona vieja de Cusco. Desayuno variado y rico.

I liked that was in the center of the city and the breakfast was great.
