The best feature was the location

Kitchen equipment - only one large (not very) sharp knife not suitable for peeling fruit; only one cloth which had to be used for washing dishes and cleaning surfaces. Sofa in kitchen not comfortable. Poor sewer system requiring toilet tissue to left in bin in bathroom. Musty/drain smell when room had been left closed for the day. Inventory with all items priced not welcoming and the property is for sale so booking in advance would appear to risk cancellation if it is sold.
