the staff was not very helpful, we asked about an electric kettle and the answer was that it was available at the supermarket The hotel room was very dirty, not even the trash had been taken out after the previous guests. Spiders on the walls and ceiling, and the bathroom was filthy and moldy. The toilet was mounted so close to the wall that it was impossible to sit on it. The air conditioning worked, but there was also a vent blowing warm air, so it was impossible to cool the room.

Only location, the rest is very disappointing 😞

Almost everything, the staff isn't very helpful. The room is dirty, the bathroom is moldy, water is running slow, there's even a crocoach on the wall when I enter. The AC didn't work ....I stay in cheap place before but it was nicer than here. Overall is very disappointing

Property and smelling

- Air conditioning worked well - Everything was clean - Bottles of water provided - Good location, near to many tourist sights and the train station - Lots of rooms to store things, hang things, and so on

- There was a really foul smell in the bathroom, I spent as little time in there as possible. I did, however, smell this same scent at times throughout Jakarta, so I don’t know that it is specifically this hotel’s fault. - The toilet is placed so close to the wall that it was actually impossible to sit down on it normally (there is no room for legs in front of it). Instead I had to sit sideways. Which is fine but just strange

The receptionist lady was very nice and helpful, i was searching to buy the shampoo, she gave me her one for free. Friendly staff. And good location.

The tower was dirty and I also found some hairs on my bed. But i think the clearness of the room is a general problem in Jakarta's economic hotels. ( Before i was in the hotel " D'bamboo suites" and it was double expensive and double dirty). I recommend to everyone to have own tower.
