"Overall the property is good but the management is very very poor"

The location of the property and the rooms were very good

The only staff in the property was very unprofessional and unresponsive, he was sleeping in the reception seat when we entered the property and we were very poorly treated by him with a lack of respect or professionalism and made the entire process very slow had us standing for a long time as he was sleepy and the way he spoke was very rude, the wifi didnt work and some lights in the room were always on and we couldn't find any switch to switch them off which made me not able to sleep properly.
