GBhotel we ll marked, easy to find, staff efficient. I am regular traveller and do not need many services but all I required (wifi, change in room booking following booking.com error) , luggage storage after checkout, drinking water, help to recharge phone was all supplied immediately. Staff polite and helpful. Other guests considerate.
No negative experience apart from increase in room price after was booked female dorm on booking . com. I thought I booked mixed dorm for ca 600rs .booking.com price but changed to 900rs mixed dorm on arrival. Perhaps I made mistake myself on booking but price was same. STaff were polite and I did not object to new price - there was no problem at all with staff. The bed was comfotable and the curtains on the dorm beds are good and essential for me with dorm room.
