Old Port Luxury Apartments

The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and has a nice view to the sea. Located walking distance to the city center.

The property is very stylish and comfortable, a lot of room and all facilities excellent. The location is fantastic, lovely view from the apartment, 15-20 minute walk from the main train/bus station, 5 minutes from the historical centre, 1 minute to the sea and the seaside footpath all the way to the old port. Several nice restaurants very close by and a nice bakery opposite the main entrance gate.

I loved the property.

Our recent stay at this apartment was truly exceptional. Spacious layout, with two large rooms offering a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The bedroom was large and sunny, while the living area with an integrated kitchen provided ample space to relax, cook or watch TV. But the real showstopper was the view! The windows and balconies revealed breathtaking panoramas of the old port of Palermo! Everything in the apartment felt brand new, sparkling clean and recently renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped and so was the bathroom. However, the most important feature for us, especially as we had rent a car, was the small semi-private (free!) parking area directly below the building. It provided a safe and secure haven for our car, with the added bonus of being visible from our windows. Additionally, on-street free parking was also readily available for those who needed it. The city center was just a 10-minute walk away, but there was also a bus stop a few steps from the building (I think buses 224 and 226 take you to the city center in 7-8 minutes). Beyond the impressive apartment itself, the host, Giuliano, deserves the highest praise. He was incredibly communicative, with excellent English skills, ensuring we felt welcome and well-informed throughout our stay. He was incredibly patient and understanding, even waiting for us to arrive at 2 am due to a late flight, without a single complaint.

Everything was perfect and if I had to come again to Palermo, I wouldn't look elsewhere!
