Quiet and in a good location

Unable to use pool (property owners contacted regarding damage to filters - nothing was done!) my family and I went the entire 14 days without being able to use the pool, even after paying premium. Dirty sock found under one of the beds. Broken bed slats in one of the single beds! A credit card was found under the ed of the double room too! Surely these issues would have been acknowledged during cleaning between previous and new family stay??!!

The cleanness of the unit, the space of the units, the environment, the area I love that there was a pool there and a lake in front of you. This place is so beautiful and kept up very well.

There’s nothing truly I can say that I did not like about this place. I love everything about this place.

The kitchen is very nice. They did try to accommodate me getting into the place early as I brought thanksgiving food with me to cook.

I had to buy towels as there were none, front door didn’t lock when we would leave, pool was dirty, couch and pillows were stained. We had no hot water in the master bathroom. When we reached out to the company, we didn’t get anything resolved until the last day there. They did state they had internet issues as I contacted them via phone and email. The beds were very uncomfortable that we left a day early as well.

The apartment was not that clean and we ended up cleaning our the washing machine and tumble dryer. The tumble dryer lint filter constantly blocked and stopped cycle. The light in the main living room was dirty inside. The outside pool loungers were badly rusted and metal split so too dangerous to use. There were also no cushions for the loungers. The main bath I was expecting a jacuzzi bath but it was only a normal bath and the hot water only quarter filled before it went cold. The safe could not be used as the code did not work, this was reported but not resolved. And there were no instructions given prior to arriving on locking the front door. We waited 24 hours to get instructions. Overall we were disappointed with the apartment and the furnishings were poor and cheap quality not very homely at all.

The location was good, there was plenty of room and the pool was good. The host was very helpful and let us extend the check out time by 2 hours, which really helped us.

There was only one sun bed by the pool, as there was one broken in the garage. The kitchen facilities were good, but although the house can sleep 8 you would have struggled with cutlery, glasses and cups for 8 people. I think the facilities team needs to update the host better when additional items are required. There were some broken wardrobe doors that could have been repaired before we arrived.

I’d liked how the home was set up; from how the game room was at the front of the house, to the bedrooms and their location in the home was great.

I didn’t like that there was no parking really if I wanted to invite my family over for dinner and how there wasn’t a sign up for pool cleaning but the pool cleaner showed up right as my daughters were swimming. I also didn’t like how there weren’t many cooking pots and pans so we had to reuse them as we were making one meal if the meal required multiple dishes to be cooked.

Great location, close to Orlando International Airport and all the major attractions.

The property has the potential to be a great holiday rental however it is in desperate need of modernisation. I paid £540 for a 3 night stay and I do not think this is value for money. Parts of the property were dirty and several of the fixtures and fittings were damaged.
