The room was hygienic and the food was superb and the sarvice was satisfactory worth sytaing

Nothing special, good surface apperance..

Even before we got there I kept getting messages from them saying they where running out of rooms, But when we got there the place was pretty empty. Bed sheets seem to be dirty and stained and unwashed The toilet was not cleaned. I think it has not been cleaned for a long time. Water closet was in pathetic state There was bits of hair on the floor. Mould and black marks everywhere in the shower. Paints and damaged tiles not seems to be fixed. Felt damp in the toilet and inside the room room. We struggled to adjust there , So we asked them swap out the bedsheets, but they gave us another set of stained ones. They had to change our rooms, and clean them while we went to get food just so it was usable. Overall we had high expectations, but their very very low now.
