Just a few things to make it better for your future guests. 1. Do not put free parking on your listing if it's not and unsure if they can park. We paid P350 to a building rep with no receipt even if the parking was empty. 2. The reception knows the room code and the instructions said we cant lock the unit using the manual lock, so basically the room could be accessed freely. 3. Building feels unsafe, even if it's relatively new. 4. Inverter aircon is deeply appreciated. But the location is excellent 👌

I love the minimalist style of the room. Great location near to 7/11 store, some restaurants and near to the mall.

I’m not a morning person so I didn’t like their curtain. You should put a blackout curtain atleast not to disturb the person by the morning light. I didn’t like the broken door knob, I felt so unsafe inside the room tbh! You should fix this!

Great place with lots of amenities and things provided for us. It was also clean and cozy.

Early check-out time.

The condo was charming and cozy. Very conveniently located walking distance from Ayala mall. I highly recommend it to everyone wanting to be near the mall. Also the host Cee, is pretty helpful and responsive
