The R Apartment Pererenan

I booked last minute and the amazing warm welcome and help by the manager with anything I needed made me feel like I am at home. It was incredibly clean and spacious apartment.

I stayed at R Apartments in Pererenan and it was such a great setup for both work and relaxation. The building has a dedicated coworking space, which made it super convenient to get things done without leaving the property. There’s also 24/7 security at reception, so it always felt safe and looked after. The staff were the real highlight, Mya and Dwi went above and beyond. They were always warm and helpful, and even took care of my laundry, returning it perfectly folded. That kind of service makes a huge difference. The apartments themselves are massive, with plenty of room to spread out. They really feel more like a home than a typical rental. The only drawback was the mattress. It was on the uncomfortable side: I’d recommend the property invest in a latex mattress, which is inexpensive yet far more comfortable than traditional spring beds. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay if you’re in Pererenan and want a mix of spacious living, reliable amenities, and genuinely wonderful staff.

The swiss owner needs to invest in a latex mattress, please. This would be the only reason why we don't come and stay there again. Everything else is absolutely wonderful. For 1.5M IDR you can get fantastic mattress toppers, please. Springs are from the 90s.

The location of the apartment is surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes. Walkable.

Hot water is limited and the price of stay is quite expensive for what it is.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Kann es sehr empfehlen.

Der Strand, da gibt es Schönere. Ist aber Betrachter Sache.

Very convenient spot in Pererenan. The villa is new and was comfortable. I would definitely consider again because of the location.

No car parking, although we were able to park in a separate space on the same road. Its not the most unique design..

The location is perfect, within walking distance of the coffee shops and restaurants. Plus staff are very kind and helpful. Recommend staying in these accommodations
