Really central location and amazing apartment as such.

We couldn't find codes for A/C and there was no warm/hot water. Central location also means loud nights and without A/C windows had to be open.

Everything was perfect except the heating

Heating at the minimum on 30th and 31 Dec …it was too cold in the apartment . I asked the question when booking and was told not to worry that the apartment had central heating. On the first day I called around 4pm upon arrival asking to raise the temperature since it wasn’t warm (average 17 degrees ) I was told it will be done . The following day for breakfast we had 16 and 15.5 degrees in the dining room at 10am !!despite calling 4 times during the first 16 hours of our stay. It was frustrating having to spend overall 2 hours on the phone explaining, asking again and again etc..just for something as basic as heating

great location, parking included, just some difficulties getting code to enter the unit due to a cumbersome online registration and verification process that caused unnecessary anxiety and delays with gaining access. Once in everything was great.

The apartment had a modern design and was spacious enough for four adults. Bedroom #1 had its own full bathroom, while Bedroom #2 was located next to the second full bathroom. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were all very nice. The washing machine was easy to operate, and the staff responded quickly when we requested additional supplies. The pillows were very comfortable. The location was excellent—very close to the Time Out Market, Clérigos Tower, and Porto Cathedral, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Porto.

The check-in process was slightly challenging. We had uploaded the required documents via the platform a week in advance, but we were only informed a few hours before check-in that one of the images was unclear. We tried to upload it again, but it didn’t work, so we eventually sent the information by email. It was a bit stressful trying to complete the process while on the train from Lisbon to Porto, but the staff were helpful and responded very quickly. Both bathtubs were quite slippery and had no railings, so we had to be extra cautious when taking showers. It was also a bit noisy at night, as we could hear people arguing on the street. However, this is somewhat expected for such a central location.
