The location was good for my last night in Split. Easy to get an Uber for the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable

The apartment is well located and the facilities are modern and nice

It’s no man s land. It’s not true that there is always someone on reception. I rang knocked and then tried the phone on booking (which does not work) until the cleaner showe up half an hour later. When I left there was also no one.

"Amazing stay in Split"

I would leave an 11 or 12 out of 10 if I could. The room has everything you need to spend a few days in Split. 10 min away from old town centre walking, so many supermarkets and restaurants around. 8 min walk to the beach. The place was spotless clean and they even left some drinks in the mini fridge to use in this super hot weather! The communication with Petar was outstanding and meet Iva, who checked me in, who is so lovely as well. And on my last day, it started pouring rain as I had to check out and get my bus, but Petar let me stay until the rain stopped, or at least until I I had to leave for the bus. 200% recommended!

"Superb"

Petar the host, was very helpful in local tips and arranging a car park space. The restaurant opposite the main entrance offered a great buffet breakfast with a discount for the Kuzma guests, perfect location, everything within easy reach. Great stay and would definitely use again.

Nothing to fault.
