GBIt's convenient for getting into Bradford. The price wasn't too bad and it did the job for a few nights.
The code I was given for the lock box didn't work. The owner sorted it out straight away when I rang to be fair. Entry is via an overgrown street with no lighting you have to walk down - slightly misleading to say it has parking but I managed to park OK near other houses. It's a converted basement and a bit like being in a bunker. The floor hadn't been vacuumed - wouldn't say it was filthy but certainly not clean. Not the most pleasant environment all round with cracked and worn fittings/furniture, badly fitted carpets, manic plumbing + wiring that runs across the ceiling and black mould around the base of the shower. The bathroom is the worst part and smells a bit unpleasant, with a tap that isn't attached to the sink, and a shower that spills water over the floor every time you use it. More worrying, the isolator switch for the shower electricity is actually in the ceiling inside the shower itself - best make sure you don't point the shower head that way if you want a wash.

NAThe host was very lovely and generous I asked if I could check out an hour later and he was okay with it I can recommend this place. No deposit required which was even better
GBThe kitchen contents were clean and ready to use and the tea/coffee/seasonings were really nice touches that we did appreciate.
Describing it as a private courtyard apartment was misleading. To access the property you had to park on an adjoining street and walk down a very much trashed ten foot back path, littered with abandoned furniture and broken glass and difficult for children. The ‘courtyard’ was a very small space clearly used as a smoking area and not fit for anything else. And the few rooms converted from a larger house had damaged, cracked and far from pleasant fixtures and fittings such as cupboards that don’t close and cracked tiles that could be harmful.
GBThis was the perfect wee place to have a homely base for me and my son for a few nights. It had everything we needed. The internet was spot on, and we were able to use our own firestick although the tv already had Netflix and a lot of other apps on that we could sign into. The place was clean, warm and tidy. And very easy to heat up. Bed was very comfortable for my little man and me. We made full use of all the facilities, fridge, cooker, washing machine, shower microwave and toilet. It was pretty much a home from home.
Not very much😊
