Chill Airport Transit Stay

I was scheduled to stay at this property, but when I arrived, the gate was locked. A lady inside the property acknowledged that I had a booking, but informed me that the owner was unavailable and could not open the gate. I then called the owner. Unfortunately, the interaction was very unprofessional. The owner answered the phone without any courtesy, left me waiting while speaking to someone else, and used inappropriate language during the conversation. I was left standing outside the property for several minutes with no clear assistance or explanation. Due to the poor communication, lack of professionalism, and inconvenience caused, I decided not to stay at the property and left.

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage um sich eigentlich kurz auszuruhen vot einem langen Flug. Möchten sie sich aber wirklich ausruhen, suchen sie besser ein andere Hotel.

Die Besitzer sind sehr unfreundlich! Sie sprechen so gut wie kein Wort mit einem aber abzocken können sie. Haben uns fast das doppelte verrechnet ohne Begründung. Das Zimmer war sehr ecklig, alles voll mit Fliegen& die Bettwäsche fühlte sich total dreckig an. Badezimmer war voll mit Käfer& hat gestunken. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, wir hatten einen alten/staubigen Fenti bekommen, welcher die halbe Zeit nicht lief, weil der Strom fast nie ging. Heisst auch Handy aufladen kann man vergessen. Nachtruhe gibt es keine, es wurde die halbe Nacht Musik laut gespielt und Draussen gefeiert.

It was, without a doubt, the worst experience we have ever had. We only chose this place because our flight was cancelled and we urgently needed somewhere to stay near the airport for one night. After a long and stressful day, we arrived hoping to finally get some rest. Instead, we were left waiting outside for 30 minutes in the evening, getting bitten by insects. When someone finally came to show us the room, it was absolutely shocking. The room was in terrible condition. There were countless mosquitoes inside, along with other insects crawling around. It was clearly not clean at all. The bedsheets looked awful too. At first, we tried to convince ourselves that we could somehow survive one night there because all we wanted was a few hours of sleep. But that became impossible when construction noise started and continued until 3 a.m. It sounded as if building work was happening directly above our heads. What made the whole experience even worse was meeting a sweet elderly couple in this hotel whose flight had also been cancelled. They told us they had paid five times more than we did, which was heartbreaking to hear. It was awful to see elderly people being taken advantage of in such a stressful situation. Overall, this place was dirty, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable. After a cancelled flight, the last thing anyone needs is to end up somewhere like this.
