Little Americas North West Apartments

The house was very comfortable, tidy and clean. The location is excellent.

What we didn't like was that the owner didn't let us know that he would be recording the instructions for entering the apartment during check-in. We were very worried because he didn't respond to our contact until 3pm. It would be good if he would let the new tenant know that he is expecting them and will give them all the information by 3pm. There was also a problem with the shower, the water wouldn’t flow and when we turned on the air conditioner, it was very loud at high temperatures.

We liked the accommodation provider's care about all the details and the offer to help us find our way during our arrival at the apartment. The method of entering the apartment is automated and detailed down to the smallest details. All the necessary facilities in the kitchen and in the bathroom, as well as the comfort and large space of the apartment and the comfort of the bed. Great!

A couple of little things that did not affect the overall great impression.

Few little things may be improved but nothing that would reserve me from booking again

The place is located in a quiet area, very close to the city center. It had everything we needed for a short stay, it was very quiet and felt safe.

We had the same problem as other guests - the shower was clogged and we had a hard time cleaning after each shower.

They offered us a crib for the baby. It was easy to get there with a stroller since there's an elevator and you don't need to climb any stairs. The location is also quite good, there's many restaurants and small stores nearby. The airport bus station is near and regular public transport stop is even closer. There's a full kitchen with most tools you need and a washing machine. There was salt, sugar and chamomile tea, which is nice. Some cleaning supplies are there if you need them. The balcony was also really nice.

Someone had forgotten a couple dirty towels in the washing machine... The non stick pan provided was scatched so I avoided using that. It would be nice if there was a stainless steel pan, then it wouldn't be a problem if it got scratched. The towels didn't feel nice. If you want nice towels, take your own. It would also be nice if there was a small bottle of oil too for the pan. Since that's something that I wouldn't want to take with me from home. The curtain looked like it was just quickly shortened with scissors which was weird. I think there should be a broom and dustpan too. I wasn't able to sweep my baby's mess.

The location was really nice. The apartment was spacious.

The centralized air-conditioning was not working and was hot inside the apartment.
