"Staff and restaurant are the best parts of"

Great breakfast buffet. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Spa was good, roof pool very nice.

View from roof pool is not great but can’t be helped due to location. Room was quite compact. Worst problem is the noise, outside the hotel is a speed bump on the road and all night is very noisy with trucks bumping over that ramp creating constant very loud bangs. If you are a light sleeper then request a room at the hotel rear.

BREAK FAST WAS GOOD TEAM VERY HELPFUL

BUFFET DINNER WAS A DISASTER --- FOOD WAS COLD SUPPOSED TO BE A SOUTH INDIAN BUFFET --- HOW CAN IT BE WITHOUT WHITE RICE / APPAM. THE CURD RICE WAS BLAND AND TASTELESS. THE ONLY THING NICE WAS THE FRIED CHILLES --- EVERY THING ELSE WAS BELOW PAR FOOD WAS COLD .... NO ONE TO MONITOR WHAT THE CUSTOMER HAS ORDERED REALLY DISSAPPOINTED --- SPECIALLY WHEN I WAS SO LOOKING FORWARD TO A NICE SOUTH INDIAN BUFFET
