Very helpful staff.

Weak management of self check in, initially got a unclean room, then change to other room with missing room key.. Luckily staff turn on to pass the spare key.. Aircond cant re-turn ON after shut down for a while.

The bed size was big! It looked like a kind size or even bigger! Could fit 3 people

There was no floor mats. Towels were stinking and they were wet before we even arrived. Not to forget, it is a self check-in place and when I arrived there was no staff at the counter. It was disappointing as we needed assistance with the place.
