Setting was perfect

It was in a good order and allowed us to stay as a group with pets and each of us felt that it was spacious.

The outdoor area was limited but well contained. This area could have been tidier. A little bit overpriced in my opinion.

The location is perfect being so close to the harbour. The house itself has old world charm but is modern and comfortable. The kitchen/lounge provides a great sociable space and the second sunny sitting room was a bonus. The decor is clean and bright. Plenty room for a large dog crate in the back bedroom.

The outside courtyard was really disappointing. It wasn't usable which was a shame as it wouldn't have taken much to turn it into a pleasant space. It just needs a new table and chairs and a few plants pots.

The location was fantastic - we really liked St Monans. The property was good too. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable with good bedding. 3 good sized bedrooms were nicely presented

The outside space (yard) was neglected and let the property down a bit - it could easily be smartened up and made into a nice area to sit in in good weather

The property’s location is excellent. It is very clean and such a comfortable and welcoming house. I love the decor.

Just a small thing, but it is quite difficult to find when it is dark. The Cribbs sign is high on the wall and cannot easily be seen in the dark.

Location

The cottage was damp on the ground floor. The damp smell was obvious as soon as we opened the front door Especially the back en suite bedroom. Clothes smelled damp and my daughter moved to one of the front bedrooms. We had to have the heating on a lot.

The location was excellent, the unit was super clean, the furniture was newish and fit in with the unit, the kitchen was wonderful but we didn’t use it.

We liked it a lot! We have only suggestions here: 1. The mattresses could stand being replaced. We are not heavy people and the hip area bottoms out, from extensive use I would guess. 2. The bathtubs are treacherous! Very slippery, narrow, and no hold-bar to catch yourself. We were forced to put the bath walkout towel in the tub to stabilize ourselves. A simple vinyl bath mat replaced periodically would completely solve the problem. PS. I would suggest telling people in your online description that it may not be the best choice unit for the elderly or physically disabled. Going up a winding staircase at night to use the bathroom is an unnecessary risk for some.
