"Comfortable for a short stay and convenient for city centre."

Very convenient location for both station (London Road) and the centre of town. Comfortable accommodation but catering facilities are limited if you wish anything more than basic catering.

Catering facilities are limited if you want to prepare anything more than basic eg no dishes for microwaving but fine for prepared foods and only one saucepan (and frying pan).

The location was perfect and the nearby grass area great for my dog. It was very quiet which meant a good night’s sleep. Facilities were generally good. Very nice shower. Comfortable bed.

It was rather cold in the property when I arrived. Managed to get the electric radiator working after some trial and error. The central heating didn’t come on at all. Day 2, the heating came on in the morning but not at all in the evening until 11pm when it wasn’t needed and then, on day 3, it didn’t come on in the morning at all. Might want looking at. Only other complaint was the absence of a toaster.

"A hidden wonderful treat."

Really cute self-contained house, lovely and welcoming host who provided all the details in good time, easy to access, all the facilities available and ready for use, there was a convenient oil heater ready for use when it got chilly. Very comfortable bed. And overall lovely quiet area, nice walk to and from the station as well as to the lovely high street town.

The kettle just needs a deep clean, over than that stay was superb!

Location was perfect, close to town and free parking. Easy to find and access, clean , comfortable, everything you would want and cheap ,very happy and would definitely stay there again 😀
