GBThe lodge felt really cosy and peaceful, and the whole place had a lovely private feel. The hot tub was a big bonus, it made the stay so relaxing. Everything was clean, well looked after and it was a nice little escape from everyday life, we will definitely be coming back
The only thing was the decking being a bit slippery at first, but the owner sorted it straight away and was really helpful about it

Small minor point…Not enough outdoor lights that weren’t solar panelled. Was a little tricky to see at night as no lights came on.

GBAgree with all the other reviews - stunning views, loved the hot tub, comfy bed (lots of lovely pillows!) gorgeous fairy lights in the evening, well equipped kitchen. Private and secluded with self check in, parking space for two cars.
We didn't use the robes as we weren't sure if they were laundered after the last guests. I'm sure it was a one off and we coped fine without them - just would have been a bonus. Not a negative, just a note that the toilet is porta potti style rather than flushing. Didn't bother me but might some!
