Approach road may be a little bumpy but not in control of Hotel guys. You ignore that considering the location, hospitality and food experience at hotel

Belle vue ; mais difficulté pour la route d’accès qui est affreuse . Aussi , il est très difficile de faire sécher les vêtements à la chambre ( on ne peut pas installer de corde à linge et il nous empêche d’utiliser le balcon…)

Excellent views and super-friendly staff. They were attentive and took very good care of us. Desak, Ryan, and the entire team at the restaurant were wonderful. In fact, every person there welcomed us with a smile and greeting. I loved the hospitality and the experience and look forward to staying with them again.

I loved everything. As a suggestion, I would say that maybe a fan could be added to the balconies or open areas as it can get very hot. Mist fans in public areas work wonders in similar temperature places such as Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand.

All the staff are really nice and friendly, providing all the necessary details with a smile. We feel very welcome here, especially thanks to Desale at the front desk who greeted us. Karisma at the restaurant is also very kind. The view from the hotel is a big plus—such a beautiful sea view.

Pramada Natura is an experience in itself. Throughout the 4 nights I felt pampered and taken care of. The team was very supportive with every need I had (room service, breakfast to go, fruits and water delivered to room). The pool and restaurant are also great, and they organize events like live concerts often. Very relaxing experience!

L’hôtel est très bien situé et très beau. Il se situe au bord de l’océan avec une vue exceptionnelle. La qualité du service est de grande qualité.

Rien. Mais petit bémol avec les certaines petites bêtes présentes. Mais cela reste normal car vous êtes en pleine nature.
