Pramana Natura Nusa Penida

Spent two nights here and it was not long enough! The staff are all amazing, so kind and attentive. Especially Amanda, Ryan, Ari, Nesha and Arta. They go out of the way to make you comfortable. There are buggys to save walking. Food is delicious, especially Balinese curry and breakfasts. The view from the rooms is stunning. Spa is lovely and wonderful massages. If you go to Nusa Penida you must stay here!

Die Unterkunft war unser Haupthighlight an unserer Reise nach Nusa Penida. Das Personal ist so unfassbar herzlich, freundlich und nett, egal ob es gleich der erste Eindruck am Empfang war oder im Restaurant oder Spa. Sie sind so bemüht dabei, einem den Aufenthalt so perfekt wie möglich zu machen und das haben sie bei uns geschafft. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer ist wunderschön, das Zimmer hat alles was das Herz begehrt und mehr. Auch das Hauseigene Restaurant hat mit so viel Liebe das Essen zubereitet. Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit!

Location of hotel was a bit hard to get to with one lane roads Insects due to surrounding forest - but mosquito netting is provided and staff are very responsive with dealing with them

The view from the hotel is amazing. Room is large with a very high ceiling and with an ocean view. Built off the side of the cliff, so lots of privacy. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Especially Arya and Mesha really did a lot to make us comfortable. Would heavily recommend a stay here!

Marketed as a 4-star property, the hotel felt closer to a 3-star experience. We were informed that the property is approximately three years old, yet the construction and facilities already show a significant level of wear, aging, and lack of maintenance. The overall appearance feels old and neglected, which is difficult to reconcile with such a young property. Additionally, there was a clear lack of attention to detail, and the level of services, amenities, and overall execution does not align with the standards of a supposed to be Pramana Experience brand.
