San Rocco Sweet Apartments

Super tolle Lage und eine sehr gute Ausstattung des Apartments. Der Besitzer war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns bei allen Anliegen geholfen und jede Frage schnell beantwortet. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gute Lage, gleich neben der Marina san Rocco, Parkplätze über die Straße (die ist halt zwischen Marina und Appartement)

Es ist sehr klein, aber für ein paar Tage vollkommen ausreichend

Excellent location with a pleasant interior (despite the low ceiling) and a beautiful view to marina through the roof window. The host, Filip, was very friendly and accommodating, even waiting for us beyond his working hours. Convenient public parking is available just across the road. The property is within walking distance of the city centre and the ferry to Trieste, with shops and restaurants nearby.

The room on the second floor (in the attic) had only roof windows, and a low ceiling with numerous beams, which was quite inconvenient - it was easy to bump your head, so it is less suitable for taller guests. The bed in the master bedroom could be better positioned against the opposite wall, where there is more headroom. In my view, it would be preferable to prioritise additional comfort instead of keeping it for a TV. A secondary bedroom is located in a tight space - more comparable to a walk-in wardrobe - with two beds under the lowest part of the attic ceiling, making it easy to bump into it even with minor movement. That bedroom may not be suitable for guests who are sensitive to confined spaces. A self check-in option would also be more convenient, avoiding the need to incur additional charges if unfortunately the host would not be available. The instructions request that dishes be washed, but no cleaning products or kitchen towels are provided, limiting this to basic rinsing and drying with paper towels. Additionally, the bathroom lacks hooks which would improve practicality.
