The Hotel was booked in advance from Booking.com where it mentioned no Advance required and Free cancellation. The booking confirmation mail sent by the Hotel stated to pay advance or else Booking will be cancelled. The Hotel representative Shailesh Kumar asked for the advance which was paid by us. The Hotel Board was missing and was very difficult to locate. At the time of Checkin , nobody was at reception. There were already 3 customers fighting with the hotel representative for unclean and unhygenic rooms and asking for their refunds. Later the representative made our Guest waited for 20-25 minutes and said no room available. When Mr. Shailesh Kumar was contacted, he gave two mobile nos which were switched off. Later, Shailesh Kumar also didnot pick the call. At last, as our Guests had travelled a long journey, they went and looked out for another hotel in chennai. We were cheated and the money was also not refunded. This is a Bogus Hotel and should be banned from all Booking sites. Please donot book this Hotel.

Checking in and out very smooth and room were very good in this budget,and one gentleman who was taking checking in and out was very nice and helpful

Nothing. The staff atleast was helping me change to a little better room. But overall the room was still not clean

Everything. Rooms and bathroom were not cleaner. Leaking pipes, no proper shower.

Very worst service, room not at all cleaned and toilet is too bad. I could have stayed somewhere else. Wast of time and money.
