The views were spectacular, beautiful location. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable.

We ate at the accommodation for an evening meal, a lunch, and a breakfast. All meals were completely delicious and great value for money....but service was slow. We recommend a pre order for lunch times. Whilst the view from the bedroom was amazing, it provided little privacy. We would have preferred a higher floor or tinted glass to the waist maybe?

To be fair, the staff did their best to make us feel comfortable. We were given tea and cake. We also got an extra blanket and a heat blower. The breakfast was excelent - toast, eggs, pancake, marmalade, juice, tea…

It was not our best choice! The house itself is fine, the concept is great. Wood-metal-glass-concrete. But if you want to have a good sleep, you should look for another accommodation. Unfortunately the house has very poor insulation and as the house is located in a wind chanell, the howling of the wind was very-very loud. The curtains were swinging like in the biggest draught. It was also cold in the rooms because of this. It was like sleeping in a tent.
