Marari Anna Beach Homestay

Location was spectacular with entertainment provided by the fishing boats. The balcony view were lovely. Had a Hammock and sunbeds. The food provided by Joss's wife and mother was really tasty and the fish could not have been fresher as it just came from the boats in the morning. Joss was a lovely host even went and got beer from the off licence. Helped with explaining all the locations of the local facilities ATM and shops etc. The bus into Alleppey cost 250 and went from the main road just a short walk away. The Rambutan man came in a van to the beach and the local Duka for Samosas and cold drinks was next door. A great place to relax the beach was endless and uncrowded with very few tourists.

Being a working beach it was not as clean as places in front of posh hotels.

Homestay in excellent location with great view over the beach from an upstairs verandah. The owner Mr Jose was very friendly and helpful (for example organising a boat trip for us on the Allepey Backwaters). We also really enjoyed the local style breakfasts provided for us each morning and the ready accessibility to other beachside cafes for food in the evening.

Beautiful place in front of the beach to relax and disconect

Breakfast was never served on the time agreed the previous day. No big issues with waiting, but just don’t ask me what time I would like to have breakfast if it will be served when you feel like. The rest all perfect.

Mr. Jose was a warm and very helpful host, very good home made breakfast was provided for us.

Beautiful Stay in prime Location. Beach just 50m away. Very clean property and super host. Amazing homecooked and fresh south indian breakfast with sea view. Host arranged an electro scooty Rent which was super. Convinient to explore the area. Would definitly come back and choose the New rooms in 1st FLOOR with balcony. Very quiet and peaceful place.

Not related to the Property but dining options in this area are limited and mostly seafood restaurant. But swiggy is availabile too.

Very clean room and the family was extremely kind and made sure I felt well , thank you !
