Chateau de Paris Nashville

The location was great, the building was secure and the apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean, tidy, immaculately presented and well serviced.

The only downside I had was that I couldn’t check in on the day I had booked which meant I had to arrange a different hotel for the night I was supposed to check in. The host did refund me, but I don’t believe the amount I received back was enough when dividing the amount between the amount of nights. When I queried this the host advised that different rates were charged for different nights of the week, but when looking on their website, all weekend nights were charged at the same higher rate, which supported my theory that I should have received more back. I felt as though I couldn’t dispute this further as I didn’t want to lose my accommodation all together, but I was a little disappointed. I don’t want this to take away from the property though, because my stay was extremely comfortable and I absolutely would stay again and recommend to others.
