Location and style of property. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was a little small. The street lights came through the bathroom and made the room light at night for sleeping. Could do with a blind in the bathroom to block outside light.

El personal es muy atento y con una excelente actitud de apoyo , las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas El hotel está ubicado en el centro lo que hace que puedas caminar sin problema alguno a los lugares más emblemáticos de Mérida..sin duda la estancia fue placentera

Fui por trabajo y fue perfecto. La atención muy amable en todo momento. Todo fue muy ágil. La ubicación es perfecta. Es un hotel sencillo, pero muy bonito, muy cómodo. La decoración es linda.

Creo que el internet podría ser mejor.
