Gostamos de tudo.Apartamento muito espaçoso limpo ,roupas de cama bem limpinhas.Tudo que um turista quer quando chega em casa a noite com duas crianças e cansados.A localização é ótima.Fizemos os passeios a pé.Comida maravilhosa.E Chistian o anfitrão super simpático. Extremamente atencioso ,nos deu muitas dicas.Recomendo para famílias .

"Great option for Pescara"

The host was very nice and friendly, very responsive whenever we asked something, he helped with our transfer to the airport as well, as we left at 4am. The apartment is 100% like in the photos & description. It is very spacious, clean, has everything you need, perfect location, close to the centre and beach. I truly recommend it.

Nothing to add here, we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious clean and good location

One of the air conditioning units had broken down and could not be fixed for our stay so it was quite hot. But we understand these things can happen. The only other problem was the kettle needs replacing as the laminate is coming off but the staff were informed and said it would be replaced

Great location, close to the center, a few minutes to the beach, large apartment, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good contact with the host (we arrived in the morning and he suggested that we leave our suitcases in the apartment until it was ready), I sincerely recommend it!

It's really hard to find fault with anything, but if I have to, the air conditioning could be more efficient and new furniture on the balconies would be useful.

A very beautifull, cozy and full equiped apartman. Big space, bright rooms and near the via pietonale. I recomand it.
