"Location glitch by Booking.com"

Windows are airy and the bathroom is somehow clean with a hot water facility according to the price.Vishwa bangla and eco park are nearby location

No AC. Bedsheet/ Linen/ Chadar is not cleaned. Away from howrah railway station is nearly 11 KM. You have to make a payment of around ₹450 to reach there. Family safety comes to your mind when you reach there

The owner said that the guest house is near airport when in app it is showing near railway station and on top of that mf was showing attitude to me as if I am the who was wrong.

I booked it through Booking.com. likely one month ago from the visit. They did not tell about the advance payment even after asking. Before one day when I called the property they said it would be managed when we reached, but when we reached Howrah near about 11:30 o clock in the night they told me that the property was not in Howrah, it was in the airport region and the booking is not confirmed. They imperil us in a danger situation.
