Lokacija - sakyčiau, ideali. Beveik kieme esančios bažnyčios bokštas buvo puikus orientyras grįžimui į butą po klaidžiojimų Rygos senamiestyje. Šalia restoranai, naktinis klubas, kavinės. Lankyti objektai, esantys senamiestyje, pasiekiami pėstute, 5-10min atstumu. Buvo vietos automobiliui vidiniame kieme (bet čia jau sėkmės dalykas - atvažiavus vėliau, gali vietos ir nerasti, nes namo gyventojai čia taip pat parkuojasi savo automobilius.)

Kanalizacijos kvapas vonios kambaryje. Aplūžęs tualeto dangtis, vonios apačią dengianti sienelė. Nebuvo dušo želės (buvo skystas muilas prie kriauklės). Krosnelėje, skirtoje maisto kepimui/šildymui, nevalytos grotelės jau kažin kiek laiko. Tik atvykus, apsilankius tualete, rastas po naudojimosi tualetu nenuleistas vanduo. Galvojau, kad blogas vonios kambario kvapas būtent dėl šito, bet, deja, kvapas nepasikeitė ir vandenį nuleidus. Lova, esanti virtuvėje/svetainėje, man buvo per kieta, nepatogi. Iš esmės porai nakvynių pakentėti galima, bet ieškant apsistojimo ilgesniam laikui šito varianto nebesirinkčiau.
