Forest Villa Nature Resort

Colazione tipica molto buona e abbondante! Il personale è stato molto gentile, siamo arrivati tardi la sera e ci ha ordinato la cena da asporto pur avendoglielo detto all’ultimo.

La strada per raggiungere la struttura è piuttosto scomoda: sterrato con buche, fattibile ma se devi uscire per la cena al buio molto scomoda. In bagno c’erano 5 ranocchie, innocue ma fastidiose. Il mattino seguente nonostante avessimo cercato di chiudere lo spazio sotto la porta della camera abbiamo trovato altre rane in camera e in bagno.

Le logement est conforme à la description. Un peu à distance des temples, il faut prévoir un mode de transport. Nous avions pris 2 chambres, elles étaient propres, ne bénéficiaient pas de clim. Notre hôte était adorable, les repas succulents. Nous avons également réalisé une journée avec lui dans son village pour pêcher, cuisiner, faire un tour de bateau au coucher du soleil . Cette journée a été exceptionnelle, nous avons rencontré des gens merveilleux !!

We had a wonderful budget-friendly stay in Anuradhapura! The room was clean and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the host, Sampath – he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. He even helped us arrange transport and gave great local tips for exploring the ancient city. The peaceful surroundings and homely atmosphere made it a relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, affordable stay in Anuradhapura!

The room was as depicted with a nice fan, mosquito nets and outdoor area to sit. The host organised a local meal and breakfast and was reachable via the phone if we needed anything else. It's definitely part of nature nice garden and bird noises.

The location is well out of town and the streets to get there are dark and narrow. There's nothing around (little shops, ATM's etc) we also showered and went to the toilet with frogs everywhere, harmless but not pleasant
