New hostel in Melikishvili

The score is dedicated for the manager/host who checked me in.He is extremely attentive,responsive,polite and kind. I was assigned an upper bunk initially and asked him was lower bunk vacant,he immediately prepared it for me.I stayed there on alternate dates and he agreed to reserve the lower bunk that I was using.There are too many little details showing him a person who cares the guests alot. Location wise,it is accessible easily to the places of interest if you are a good walker,otherwise you may take the buses conveniently from the hostel.

However,there are some other matters to note. Most of the guests stay there permanently,making the kitchen always busy, furthermore the dining space is pretty limited. The balcony is designated smoking area.During my stay those who were smoking didn't close the door and as a result the room was filled with cigarette smell.It was very hard to bear with. I feedbacked it to the management several times,warning given to them occasionally however some guests still refused to close the door while smoking.

I like that the staff always trying to help and very nice . Even was late almost midnight 00:30a.m. the hostel.owner and receptionist tried to help me and they let me in that time of period. 👌 I never saw such kindness respect 🙏

The location.

1. I paid for 2 days but they said I paid for one day. They probably have bad memory. 2. They forced me to move to different room leaving my bag in a locker in another room. They said the bed has owner. I never heard hostel bed has owner. I stayed the same bed for four days and suddenly I had to move because bed owner came back. What a non sense. I moved to upper bunk bed despite of my bad knee problem. I tried to forget the incident but Russian . manager came and showed google translated messages. I couldn't see well because of my eye problem but clearly saw a paragraph asking me to go another hostel if I didn't like whatever the hostel was doing. The hostel staff had no manners and mistreated customer like me. I am very disappointed.
