Friendly staff . Well located

Room dark and dingy and furnishings not of a good quality . No privacy as blackout curtain hardly works and lets in lot of noise and light

La limpieza, que se veía nuevo

La cama y las almohadas, además que había mucho frío y no me dieron una cobija más, que no tenían, somos de clima muy muy cálido 50° y sentimos muchísimo frío.

Un lugar muy amplio y limpio. Reservé de último momento en Booking después de salir de otro hotel en el centro de Puebla que estaba en muy malas condiciones. Mis hijos pequeños ya estaban cansados, con frío y además estaba lloviendo. Llegar a este hotel, que además tenía un precio accesible, fue un gran alivio. A pesar del clima, fuimos recibidos por un recepcionista muy amable, lo cual hizo toda la diferencia. Las habitaciones son extraordinarias, muy cómodas y bien cuidadas. Televisión con muchos canales. Sin duda, fue una excelente experiencia.

No tiene estacionamiento. Así que deberás dejar el carro fuera del hotel si es que hay lugar.

Que no hay estacionamiento, no dejaban dormir las personas de la habitación de enfrente

In older neighborhood of Puebla, close to Centro.

Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Walls were thin and a lot of street noise so I was glad I took earplugs. Street is pretty dirty, not clear how safe it is at night. People on the street drinking day and night. Did not like how I was treated at check in. The rules they explained almost made it seem like it’s used for sex tourism or something, even though nothing indicates that, which I could tell.

No hay vasos p agua en el cuarto ni en la recepción. comida, agua. Nada cerca para comprar. Máquina de venta no funciona.

Appartement près du centre. et très grand,propre. Spacieuse terrasse privative. Personnel agreable

Cuisine très peu équipée et vetuste. Il a fallut insister à plusieurs reprise pour avoir une casserole. Uniquement une poêle,une vielle bouilloire.
