The bedroom was nice, bed so comfortable, great shower and good toiletries

No teaspoons with coffee/tea in room, no complimentary biscuits. Didn't like, at all, that you had to walk through restaurant to get to lift/stairs to get to rooms. When going out at 7pm and walking through restaurant, it was busy, the smell of food got into my hair and on clothes. Breakfast wasn't too great..not topped up enough, location of items was not great..sauces would be better in easy access to the cooked items. Not much choice on cold items, quite poor.

We came back on a saturday night after watching a pop concert to find no food was served after 11pm but staff were really kind and advised how we vould get hot food from nearby and eat it in the bar.

Was super clean and bright. The shower was fantastic as was the bed. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Staff were very welcoming.

Lovely hotel, clean and modern. Breakfast was good choice, plenty of tables and chairs in restaurant. Easy walk to the train station as we were attending a concert in Coventry.
