Facilities are exactly like the pics and better decorated than expected. Good range of equipment there. Feels very homely too and circular main bed v comfortable.

It really could do with soundproofing, at least in the main play room. We could hear people in other apartments and this did limit our play as I am sure they could hear us at times. I think this is a priority. It is the only thing that would hold me back from booking again.

The dungeon facilities were clean and located very central.

Communication could have been better.

Highly recommend this apartment. It's a lot better in person everything was so clean, good location, excellent communication from start to finish. Couldn't have booked a better place to stay. Will be booking again in the future.

We chose this apartment to celebrate the New Year in a romantic setting, and our expectations were exceeded. The location is perfect to explore the city, two supermarkets very close by made last-minute desires fulfilled. The apartment is very clean, the sheets and the towels high quality. The amenities in the rooms are unique and perfect for any open minded couple. The apartment is very clean and the luxurious interior makes you feel you are stepping into a different world . A world of fantasy relaxation and comfort.
