They cancelled my booking by saying they don't have room and the room wat you have booked is wrongly been booked by booking.com And this information they gave me when I was on the way to hotel and called them for hotel confirmation and direction.

Everything is wrong with this hotel.no responsibility at all .called them plenty of time then one lady picked the call just to say your booking is not confirmed.
