S Vangvieng Boutique Hotel

Amazing hotel, newly built and very clean and modern. It's probably the best hotel now in Vang Vieng. They have a shuttle to drop you anywhere in the city and pick you up, which is very convenient. Very nice views from the rooms as well. Breakfast is great as well. The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely room and an amazing view! Good gym and great rooftop bar.

Sadly the pool didn’t have the sun during the day at all and the breakfast was very disappointing, very cold and little variety.

It is clear that the owners are trying to provide a decent standard, but the hotel is empty. Everything is new and clean. Good rooftop restaurant, but has no customers.

Breakfast is poor and cheap, also apparently due to the lack of customers. I didn’t like the inappropriate behavior of the hotel staff - after checking in, why did they ask me to pay extra for the room price, 3 times more than the price I booked on Booking.com? I refused to pay and there were no more questions. Inappropriate situation.

Very friendly staff, shuttle service, clean and comfortable

A little far from the center

We loved that there was a free shuttle service into town as it's a good 20 minutes walk otherwise. The cocktail bar on the roof is excellent with great staff, especially Billy. The panoramic views from the breakfast room are outstanding.

Hotel seems very quiet and not too busy, we were alone at breakfast. A fresh cooked egg station would be nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here, the facilities were excellent, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were well equipped, bed was really comfortable with a selection of pillows and that view across the rice fields, simply amazing. The roof top bar and restaurant is definitely worth visiting and as for the breakfast, it had lots to choose from and they catered for everyone. The hotel offered free transport in and around Vang Vieng which just made the stay that little more special. Would definitely stay again next time I visit Laos.
