West Auckland Delight Stay

The hosts live next to the accommodation so it was easy to ask any questions. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent and convenient. The room was very clean and new. I was able to watch Netflix there and enjoyed it! The Wifi connection was good.

The heat control of the showers in this accommodation was very difficult to adjust and I had difficulty with the showers being hot or cold. It was difficult to open and close the window blinds. The hooks on the wall in the shower room for hanging clothes came off and fell off easily. I did not understand how to use the microwave well. It would be better to have a sheet of paper with instructions on how to use the microwave oven. I noticed that there was no hot water coming out of the bathroom sink faucet. It would be better to have hot water from this faucet.

Everything that we needed was available. We really enjoyed the security of the place. We felt safe and the place was warm and clean. Shower pressure was a little on the weaker side and the position of the bed meant we walked into the frame/corners of the bed a lot but not enough to dampen an excellent stay!

It is self contained and new, I was very comfortable and suited my requirements perfectly. Everything including use of the washing machine and dryer, shopping pack and save and all amenities are near by. The highlight: The hosts are amazing, thank you for the cake and dumplings! It was so thoughtful to bring me a plate on your birthday . :) Chloe and Mr Polo will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and will respect your privacy. They are Always ready to help and make recommendations. They were friendly and kind, so important!
